Brahim Tall (b. 1993) is a Brussels-based artist. Of Belgian, Dutch and Senegalese heritage, his practice studies the politics and expression of identity, as well as paying homage to nightlife and underground culture. With a BA from LUCA School Of Arts, Tall’s works combine photography with video, installation and elements of performance. Where his BA graduation project, Untitled, questioned his sense of identity as an artist, his later Tukuleur project – reflecting on the experience of coming from an ethnically-mixed household – took the form of a video.
Louise Sinaga Helmfrid is a Swedish photographer and photo artist with Indonesian background, known for her intimate and colorful portraits that often integrate nature. Her work explores themes such as identity and cultural heritage. She has exhibited her work in places such as Fotografiska, Kulturhuset in Stockholm and Liljevalchs.In 2024, Louise was appointed as the resident of the year by the Sune Jonsson Center for Documentary Photography at Västerbotten Museum. During her two-month residency at the Sune Jonsson Center for Documentary Photography (SJCD) at Västerbotten Museum in the fall of 2024, Louise Sinaga Helmfrid focused on documenting the Asian minority in northern Sweden. She strived to portray these individuals beyond the stereotypes often found in media and popular culture, with a particular focus on examining the relationship between minorities and the national romantic aesthetic that has long characterized the image of northern Sweden.One of her most notable exhibitions, "Plastic Can Never Wither", was shown at the Center for Photography in Stockholm in 2024 and Liljevalchs spring salon in 2025. This portrait series examines the relationship between the Southeast and East Asian diaspora and Sweden. The project was inspired by Editha Domingo, the first Asian person Louise saw on Swedish television as a child, which led her to explore how this diaspora is represented in Sweden. With a solid track record and a number of previous projects that have addressed these complex topics in an engaging and insightful way, Louise continues to explore how images and narratives shape our perceptions of nation, culture and identity.
Nina Medioni (b. 1991) lives and works in Marseille. In 2015, After graduating with an MA in Literature, she enrolled at the National School of Photography in Arles. Here, she developed an interest in documentary photography; in the image as a tool to meet the ‘other’. In 2019, Medioni spent several months with her Jewish Orthodox family in Tel Aviv, marking the start of her series, The Veil. The project has since been exhibited in both France and Israel. In 2022, she began the Un été au Prépaou series, which charts her encounter with a working-class neighbourhood in the city of Istres. She is currently editing her first film, Le Chalet, which studies the complexities of a neighbourhood surrounding her uncle's house – a seemingly misplaced cottage in the Parisian cityscape.

Luna Scales (b. 1992) graduated as a visual artist from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2020. Several of Scales’ works have been exhibited in a number of group exhibitions both nationally and internationally, and in 2019 she had a solo exhibition at Bonniers Konsthall in Stockholm, Sweden.
Her artistic practice reflects a consistent interest in and references to the iconography of western art history, which comes to expression through photographs and videos of the female body in particular, patterns of movement and directions of the gaze. Scales often portrays herself, playing in her works with the public’s ideas of physical functional abilities. In so doing she questions these very notions, and in this connection also simultaneously presents a critique of the gaze at and notions about the body.
She lives and works in Copenhagen.
Marin Håskjold is an artist and filmmaker based in Oslo, Norway. She studied moving images at Nordland School of Art and Film in Kabelvåg on the Lofoten islands. Identity is a central theme in Håskjolds work, where she philosophically explores different notions of gender and sex in a queer and feminist perspective. Håskjolds work has been exhibited and screened at a number of art institutions and film festivals, such as Tate Modern, London, Bomuldsfabriken Kunsthall, Arendal, Coast Contemporary, Oslo, Kyiv International Short Film Festival, Helsinki International Film Festival, the Norwegian Short Film Festival in Grimstad, Trøndelag Center of Contemporary Art, and Vega Scene, Oslo, as a part of Fotogalleriet’s programme. Her short film «What is a Woman?» (2020) has also been awarded with a Norwegian Academy Award in 2021, the Amanda, for Best Short, and Best Script at Beirut International Women Film Festival.
After finishing her undergraduate studies in 2018, Sophie Gladstone has continued her art practise while working in editorial positions. Her work has been exhibited in both Europe and Asia and was recently shortlisted for the Emergentes International Photography Award and nominated for the Foam Paul Huf Award. Currently, Gladstone works as Assistant Photography Editor at Wallpaper*, a luxury design-focused publication. This role feeds back into her photography, informing a critical perspective as she works across the reality and fantasy of contemporary visual culture. Aesthetics of advertising, social media and e-commerce are also inspiration points. Through her practice, she performs the capitalist pressures that undermine positive traits within us, such as the desire to improve ourselves and connect with others.
Tashiya de Mel is a photographer, environmental advocate, and communications specialist from Colombo, Sri Lanka who uses visual storytelling to create narratives that drive social change.
Her practice explores the nature and possibilities of documentary image-making and deals with themes such as colonial histories, representation, heritage, family, landscapes, and the climate crisis.
Tashiya is driven by a curiosity to forge connections with diverse disciplines such as art, history, academia and the environment. And find ways of bridging these disciplines through different forms of image-based media.
She was the recipient of the Visura grants for freelance visual journalists in 2023 for her project ‘Great Sandy River’ and received the Stroom talent award in 2024. Tashiya is a recent graduate of the ‘Photography and Society’ masters programme at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague (NL). She is based between Colombo and the Hague.

Agostini uses photography, video, performance and sculpture to tell stories that raise questions about the construction of personal identities and behaviours. Her work is strongly connected with the experience of our surroundings and she is interested in exploring how the relationships that we form inform who we are.
Through the study of preconceived structures, whether physical or psychological, Agostini aims to investigate the difficulties of how human experience is constructed and she is interested in finding a possible fracture within our socially constructed rules and the spaces we inhabit. Her work often starts from personal experiences andit is the result of a long process of internalization of memories and experiences that she re-elaborate and recontextualize to give it order and gain control over them. She is interested in the psychological action of reenactment used as a tool to investigate and gain insight into one’s life: re-enacting and re-imagining old memories and past experiences become a way to unfold and observe our personal histories.
Agostini refers to the every-day as a space full of potential and possibilities for quests, incorporating ordinary objects and activities within her images to express and navigate its different layers and meanings.

Ivan Buvinić was born in 1994 in Šibenik (Croatia). He completed his undergraduate studies in Cinematography in 2020 and graduated in Photography from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb in 2022. In 2022, he became a member of the European photographic platform Futures Photography. In 2023, he received the Marina Viculin Award for outstanding achievements in the field of contemporary photography in Croatia, presented by the photographic organization Organ Vida. He has had several solo and group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad. His practice is based on autobiographical elements and often explores themes of memory, personal experience, and the imaginary. He currently lives and works in Zagreb, Croatia.
