The micro project started from my constant interest in simple things – micro acts that can become key moments. Simple events can, at any time, become moments of major importance – be it at the national or global level, or as representative symbols for cultural, economic or political situations. A single person without major influence can convey what a broader humanity feels through a captured moment in time. My images don’t prescribe meaning; I’d rather let each viewer find their own meaning or feeling as they interact with the photograph.
